DRIVING DIRECTIONS:From I-81, take exit 14.  Turn onto Old Jonesboro Road toward Abingdon. ( If traveling north, stay straight off of the exit.  If traveling south, turn right)  Turn right onto West Main Street at the second light.  The office is the three-story brick building on the right across from Rainbow Vacuum Cleaners.From Hwy 19, enter Abingdon, turn left onto West Main Street.  Follow West Main Street.  The office is located in the three-story brick building on the left just past the Peppermill Restaurant.

If a holiday falls on a Saturday or Sunday, the council office will be closed for the preceding Friday or following Monday
